    General duties:

  • Control of cash availability for payments; bank transfers between company accounts if necessary;
  • Collection and storing of bank statements;
  • Reflection of bank balances in the Excel report on balances and cash flows for management;
  • Reflection of bank statements in the accounting system;
  • Preparation of documents for opening settlement, deposit and credit accounts of companies in current and new banks;
  • Control of payment requests with a previously agreed budget;
  • Creation of beneficiaries – recipients of payments in online banking systems (if necessary);
  • Execution of bank payments;
  • Providing the initiators with payment confirmations and copies of payment orders for the execution of bank transfers (upon request);
  • Compliance control: selection and provision of documents required for Compliance control, manage communication with Compliance Control bank employees;
  • Participation in the preparation of the cash forecast for the upcoming period, collection of requests from departments for payments for the upcoming month;
  • Correspondence with bank client managers;
  • Contacts and communication with the company project managers on receivable and payable accounts;
  • Handle documents and applications over online banking for obtaining loans tranches under signed loan agreements;
  • Control and timely actions to comply with bank loan requirements and conditions: covenants, timely repayment of tranches, interest payment; reporting provision.

    Requirements to candidates:

  • Fluent English;
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field;
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a treasury specialist;
  • Proficient knowledge of online banking systems and accounting software of at least 2 years;
  • Experience of 1C Software will be a plus;
  • Microsoft Excel - intermediate level;
  • Experience working with international online bank and payment institute systems.
