Before entering into any contract, we vet every potential supplier to ensure they are reliable, qualified and honest. This allows us to minimise risk, comply with legal requirements and best business practices. This due diligence means we build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers that last for many years.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUPPLIERS


Please submit quotations via the form on the website or to vm@corex-depot.com.


We review all offers and will inform you by e-mail if your offer has been accepted. If accepted, you will be required to prepare and send a package of documents to verify your credentials.


For Russian companies*:

  1. Scan copy of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (stamped and signed on additional request);
  2. Scan copy of the Articles of Association (certified by seal and signature on additional request);
  3. Scan copy of decision or protocol on election of director (certified by seal and signature on additional request);
  4. Scan copy of the power of attorney for the representative, if the contract will be signed not by the head of the contractor (certified by seal and signature on additional request);
  5. The license (if the activity of a potential vendor is subject to licensing, on additional request), other special permits (on additional request).

For non-Russian companies*:

  1. Scan copy of the company registration certificate or an extract from the commercial register;
  2. Scan copy of Articles of Association (certified by seal and signature on additional request);
  3. Scan copy of decision or protocol on election of director (certified by seal and signature on additional request);
  4. The license (if the activity of a potential vendor is subject to licensing, on additional request), other special permits (on additional request).

* In some cases, we may request additional documents.
