This allows us to minimise risk, comply with legal requirements and best business practices. This due diligence means we build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers that last for many years.

We review all offers and will inform you by e-mail if your offer has been accepted. If accepted, you will be required to prepare and send a package of documents to verify your credentials.

Selection criteria for contractors:
1. Reliability, financial conditions, and reputation of the contractor
The contractor with whom we plan to enter into any contract
is committed to full compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations of the countries in which it operates.
It is registered as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
It is paying taxes, disclosing financial reports, and is fully compliant with the applicable legislation.
It has all the necessary licenses and permits, has a membership in a SRO (if applicable).
It is not in liquidation or bankruptcy.
It does not have outstanding debts to the state or other companies.
It is not subject to claims from state authorities and has not violated any provisions of applicable law.
2. Cost factors and economic feasibility
The prospective contractor's proposal contains the most competitive price/quality ratio for the product or service.
Preference shall be given to the contractor who offers prices as close as possible to the cost of the good or service.
A contractor can supply the good or service with deferred payment following applicable laws and regulations.
A contractor fulfils orders to the highest standard.
3. The quality of goods
Goods and their packaging conform to the safety and technical standards required by sanitary and technical standards, regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union, and other quality guidelines and regulations.
The quality of the goods is confirmed by the necessary documentation. The contractor complies with the requirements of the accompanying documents according to applicable legal regulations (sanitary and technical standards, regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union, and other quality guidelines and regulations). The supplier may provide certified copies of the documents that confirm the quality of the goods (provided with the first delivery) and update them as they expire.
The contractor allows the purchaser to inspect the goods for compliance with health and safety requirements, to audit the conditions of production and storage of the goods. The contractor provides the purchaser with goods with the maximum remaining shelf life.
The contractor delivers the goods strictly within the agreed time frame.
The contractor delivers the goods by a means of transport which ensures safety, proper conditions of transport and storage, and in compliance with sanitary, hygienic, and temperature requirements for the respective type of goods. The type of transport and the transportation conditions of the goods comply with the requirements of current legislation related to each type of goods.
4. The quality of services
Reliability of the contractor: Ability to perform the promised service dependably and accurately.
Confidence of the contractor: The power to fix the client’s problems, willingness to help clients and provide prompt services, providing immediate response or recognition of requests.
Assurance of the contractor: Knowledge and courtesy of employees and their ability to convey trust and confidence.
Information availability: The ability to provide the client with information about the procedure for providing services.
5. Other criteria
A strong positive reputation.
Ability to discover the optimum price for goods and services.
Ability to provide prompt and effective communication.
Ability to use an EDMS (electronic document management system), including electronic data interchange (signing a contract, invoices, reconciliation reports, and other accompanying documents).
Contracts with other companies operating for the supply of goods and services offered to the Company. It should be noted that the provision of information about valid contracts is not compulsory.
Ownership of the contractor, on the ownership or other legal basis, of the material resources which are needed to fulfill obligations under the contract.
The contractor provides knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced manpower with sufficient resources to comply with treaty obligations.
