Preparation of laboratory kits for clinical trials
Laboratory Kits Preparation
COREX Logistics is highly skilled in the assembly of laboratory kits for clinical trials. At the request of the client, we assemble kits for clinical trials. We use specialized zones in our facilities to assemble, disband or change the composition of laboratory kits.
A laboratory kit can consist of:
drugs and reagents;
laboratory products and preparations;
any other components at the request of the client.
The project manager discusses the composition of the kit and packaging with the client.
The application goes to the warehouse, where the necessary components are placed in the kit formation area. We check to make sure that it is empty before moving to the kitting area.
The logistics specialist and the pharmacist-verifier carry out the formation or disbandment of the set. The process takes place under the double supervision of specialists.
After the completion of the procedure, accounting documents are filled in, and the data are entered into the online accounting system.
4 STEPS TO IMPORT UNREGISTERED DRUGS
COREX Logistics labeling services:

printing labels, including on materials suitable for low temperatures from –15 ° С to –85 ° С;
application of marking in the appropriate temperature zone (warm zone, + 2 ... + 8 ° С, –20 ° С, –70 ° С);
release and double check of packages manually, including numbered ones;
shipment of drugs from the warehouse.
How relabelling works
The project manager coordinates the labeling form with the client, signs it with the warehouse manager and sends it to the warehouse for labeling.
Before moving to the marking area, we check that the area is empty. The labeling involves a verifier-pharmacist and a logistician who applies the labels. Before and after labeling, we always check the amount of drugs or materials and the number of labels. For this, the logistician and the verifier-pharmacist sign in a special form.
