Our quality control system is enshrined in standard operating procedures (SOPs). Each production process has an algorithm and is written graphically. This ensures that our work is in line with local and global standards and legislation.

Quality management of service processes
Workflows must be provided with sufficient resources. COREX Logistics system regulates service processes in order to quickly respond to any deviations in production processes.
We constantly check that COREX Logistics IT systems contain high-quality and complete information. Accounting systems that can have a critical impact on the quality and quantity of goods are constantly being validated.
Quality management of work with personnel

We work with Clinical Trial Organisations and Healthcare Providers to access and supply potentially life-changing medicines and treatments, and provide practical care and supporting patients and families with tailored solutions.
We procure and deliver as-yet domestically unapproved or unavailable drugs and treatments directly to patients with a serious diagnosis. We handle all customs and regulatory paperwork, and provide additional supports throughout treatment.
